I'm really glad every time I get to participate in a food tasting because it means another set of experience to juander the world of mouth.

And last week was a blast, I just had a glimpse of Spanish food through Andele Tapas Bar de Cebu. A new opened restaurant of Marshall's Irish Pub Cebu featuring Spanish tapas, liquors, mixed drinks, cocktails, local & imported beers and wines from Spain. I, together with blogger friends, we're able to taste its 26 scrumptious  finger-licking foods proudly served with pride by Andele. Just imagine how a challenge was it for us to make a critique by trying all dishes.

Kerr of Kerrph with Andele dance instructor dancing salsa
Dance the night away where there will be salsa dancing every night with their dance instructors from 9 PM to 12 MN. No cover charge. Hit the dance floor and show your groove.

So I'm giving you my list of faves from 26 tapas we have tried in no particular order.
Croquetas P270.00
A common sight in bar counters and home across Spain. Served as a tapas, a light lunch or a dinner along with salad.

Gambas P290.00
Prawns sautéed in spicy salsa.

Bird's Nest Chorizo P290.00
Julienned potatoes in the shape of birds nest filled with yummy Spanish chorizos topped with fried quail eggs, jalapenos and black olives.

Beer-Battered Calamares P260.00
Rings of beer-battered squid with sweet and spicy

Way better from their regular Calamares.

Mejillones Rellenos P340.00
Stuffed Mussels called tigres because of the spicy taste.

Andele Tapas Bar de Cebu is an ideal place if you wish to change ambiance from a typical bar & restaurant, they will definitely turn your night like a tour to Spain.
